Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These terms govern your use of Bakers Hub. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The service
Bakers Hub provides website and business management tools for independent and home bakers in the United Kingdom. Features include website hosting, content management, enquiry forms, customer conversations, quotes and (where available) ecommerce and postal box tools.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or over and operating a legitimate baking business to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under it.
3. Billing and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available; your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel. If a payment fails, a 14-day grace period applies. After the grace period, your public site will be suspended until payment is resolved.
4. Cancellation and data
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation before being anonymised and deleted.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you publish through Bakers Hub. By publishing content, you confirm it complies with applicable UK law and does not infringe third-party rights. Bakers Hub reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use Bakers Hub to engage in fraud, deception, spam, illegal activity or anything that causes harm to customers, other users or Bakers Hub. Bakers Hub reserves the right to suspend accounts that breach these terms.
7. Liability
Bakers Hub is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Bakers Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email and give at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continuing to use Bakers Hub after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
