How much does Bakers Hub cost?

Bakers Hub launches soon and final plan pricing will be confirmed before launch. The core plan will include your bakery website, CMS, enquiry forms, quotes and customer portal, with Ecommerce and Postal Box add-ons available separately.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All plans start with a 14-day free trial. Your card is collected at sign-up but you will not be charged during the trial period.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your Bakers Hub subscription at any time. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 90 days before being anonymised.

Are there any transaction fees?

Bakers Hub does not add transaction fees to your subscription plan. When ecommerce and payment requests launch, Stripe's standard processing fees will apply, and the platform will charge a small application fee deducted from each transaction — never added to the customer's total.

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a subscription payment fails, Bakers Hub provides a 14-day grace period during which your workspace remains read-only and your public site stays active. If payment is not collected within the grace period, the public site is suspended. Your data is retained for 90 days.
