Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Bakers Hub is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and your rights under UK GDPR.
What we collect
When you create a Bakers Hub account we collect your name, email address and billing information (processed securely by Stripe). When you use the platform, we collect data you choose to store: bakery profile information, page content, form submissions and customer messages.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide and improve the Bakers Hub service, process billing, send transactional emails and provide support. We do not sell personal data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.
Marketing emails
If you join our waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address, any name or details you give us, the form you used and the date and time of your consent (along with a one-way hash of your IP address as a record of it). We rely on your consent, and we use it only to email you about Bakers Hub — never to advertise anyone else.
Every marketing email carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and the unsubscribe page also lets you delete your record entirely. You can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason, or email [email protected]. Subscriber records are deleted 24 months after your last interaction with us.
Data retention
Active account data is retained for the lifetime of your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, data is retained for 90 days before being anonymised and deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export and delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
Cookies
We use session cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on the platform or on tenant storefronts.
